Eligibility
All candidates must have completion of an ACGME-accredited radiology residency program in the United States, an RCPSC-accredited program in Canada, or the equivalent radiology residency in another country (along with ECFMG certification) and completion of USMLE Step 3.
Fellowship applicants should be eligible to obtain a Limited or Physician and Surgeon license to practice medicine in the State of Washington by the time of training.
The Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship accepts applicants with an H-1B visa sponsorship but is unable to support the filing of new H-1B visas. The fellowship is not able to accept trainees on a J-1 visa due to its non-ACGME-accredited status in an ACGME-accredited subspecialty.

The Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship abides by the SCARD Fellowship Embargo Guidelines. Required application documents include:

Application documents may be emailed to the Musculoskeletal Radiology program administrator within the appropriate time frame specified by the SCARD Fellowship Embargo Guidelines.

Applicants are chosen on the basis of clinical performance, knowledge of radiology, and professionalism demonstrated during radiology residency, as well as interest in musculoskeletal radiology.
Interviews will be conducted through RezRate and candidates are selected through the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP) Match to select candidates.
