Biography

Dr. Alex Diaz is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of Washington Medical Center.

Dr. Diaz earned his MD at the University of California, San Francisco. He then completed diagnostic radiology residency and a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Imaging at the University of Washington. During his residency, Dr. Diaz served as a chief resident. Dr. Diaz also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, obtained at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 

In addition to his clinical role as a Cardiothoracic Radiologist, Dr. Diaz's primary academic focus lies in medical education.
