Biography

Ted Dubinsky, MD, was born in Baltimore, MD, and attended undergraduate school at Johns Hopkins University, then University of Maryland Medical School. Following an internship in internal medicine at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Dr. Dubinsky moved to Seattle for his residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Washington. After spending five years in private practice, Dr. Dubinsky did a fellowship at Swedish Hospital Medical Center in ultrasound with a focus on high risk obstetrical and gynecologic ultrasound.

Dr. Dubinsky then joined the University of Texas – Houston as an Assistant Professor. A few years later, he and his wife moved back to Seattle and joined the faculty at University of Washington where he was promoted to Associate Professor and then Professor. As of this time, Dr. Dubinsky has authored 176 peer reviewed manuscripts, given nearly 300 invited lectures at national and international meetings, and has been awarded several research grants for his work in ultrasound. Dr. Dubinsky has spoken at conferences all over the world and at one time had been named a Radiologic Society of North America International Visiting Professor the most times of anyone in the country. Dr. Dubinsky has recently been elected a fellow in the American College of Radiology in recognition of his lifetime achievements in radiology.

Dr. Dubinsky has always put patient care first as the top priority for a physician and he has always enjoyed training residents and fellows around the world and at his own institution. He hopes to continue working with and training the next generation of radiologists.
