I was looking for a large residency program with diverse pathology, high volume, research opportunities, and a supportive environment

UW Strengths

 The UW serves a catchment area encompassing over 25% of the United States, ensuring diverse clinical experiences and substantial patient volume. UW in general and the Radiology GME department has fantastic leadership that champions personal growth as well as wellness. Additionally, Seattle is a remarkable city that offers extensive opportunities for both urban and outdoor activities.

Advice 

Many programs have strong academic training, decide what programs foster your professional development and have a city culture you want.

Hobbies

Video games, DIY projects, reading, baking, being outdoors with my wife.

Undecided, but a balance of research and clinical practice.
