Looking For In Residency

I was looking for caring, involved faculty who are down to earth and care about residents as humans. complex case volume with variety in patient demographics, beautiful location with great food. outdoorsy culture.

Lots of the above. Large volume, complex cases. variety in patient demographics, great reputation, close to mountains and nature, amazing faculty

Advice

Go to a place where you will be happy, both with the location youre in and the people youre around. The training will be similar at most programs and its important to go to a place where you can thrive and not just survive.

Hobbies

Trail running, hiking, biking, rock climbing, disc golf, acrobatics, coffee, exploring new places, board games, video games, 

Clinical Interests 

Undecided at this time, but I have really liked critical care and emergency medicine so leaning IR/EM, also interested in neuroradiology, also broadly interested in AI in radiology
