Residents and fellows in ACGME-accredited programs have benefits outlined by the collective bargaining agreement between University of Washington and Resident and Fellow Physician Union – Northwest (RFPU-NW).

Moonlighting
We have a variety of moonlighting activities available for all levels of trainees:
- On-call assistant for PGY2-5 residents
- Contrast Coverage at Roosevelt Clinic and at Eastside Specialty Center for PGY3+ residents and fellows
- Protocolling for Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center
- Northwest Hospital Coverage
- Pay-per-case
